SHCA Membership Terms

By purchasing a Signal Hill Community Association Membership, you agree to the following terms;

Undersigned hereby consents to: (1) the collection of the personal information on this form, and the collection of personal information provided from time to time by the Undersigned or collected from the participant, other players or other soccer organizations, during the soccer program ; (2) the use of the information for the following purposes: to solicit volunteers for SHCA's programs and activities; to recruit members and solicit renewal of membership in the soccer program; to solicit participation or membership in soccer programs or activities provided by SHCA or other soccer organizations; to provide information to you on other SHCA programs and activities; and, to provide the SHCA soccer program including to provide sufficient information to coaches and volunteers of the SHCA soccer program or of other soccer organizations that they may provide a competitive and safe playing environment; and, (3) to disclose and provide names and details of individual players to (a) other soccer programs for purposes of participating in games or meets or recruitment of players by them, (b) to coaches or other volunteers at games or meets for the purpose of providing a safe environment in which to play, (c) to emergency medical or other providers in the event required to protect the health or safety of any participant, (d) other teams members and their parents/legal guardians for the purpose of contacting each other or (e) to publish descriptions or photos of players participating in soccer programs in connection with reports of activities of the soccer program. The purpose of the collection of the information is to provide contact and registration information for the soccer program and to use and disclose it as described above. SHCA does not sell membership lists. The name of a person in SHCA who is able to answer questions about the collection of information is the current President of SHCA (president@shca.ca).
